Can I pick up a car in Airport and return it in another city in Albania?
Yes, we offer pick-up and return in different location, you can choose to do so in the booking page, and see the prices of each return. The prices and other information when you pick up a car can be shown in the “Summary” button.

We accept payments via Credit Card (bank transfer). You can securely complete your transaction using either of these methods.
How does the payment process work?
To reserve your car rental, we require a 10% pre-payment at the time of booking. This payment secures your selected dates. The remaining amount, along with the security deposit, will be settled in cash at the pickup location when you collect your vehicle. If you don’t prefer cash we can send you another invoice with the remaining payment 1 week before rental.
Can I pay the remaining amount online?
Yes, absolutely! If you prefer to complete the payment online, we can arrange to send you another invoice with the remaining balance one week before your rental period begins. This way, you can conveniently settle the remaining amount using your preferred online payment method.
Is the security deposit also paid online?
No, the security deposit is paid in cash at the pickup location along with the remaining amount. This deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the vehicle.
Can I change my payment method after booking?
Yes, you can update your payment method before the rental period begins. Simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in making any necessary changes.

What do i need to reserve a car in Velo Rent Albania?
You can select your dates, and then select the car that you want. After that you can select the extras or the insurances and pay for the reservation for 10% of the total price. You can pay on our website via Bank Transfer via Credit Card depending on your country. We use the Paysera payment Integration. One of our agents will contact you and you will get the details after you make a reservation or you can contact us via WhatsApp or email.
How long does it take to pick up a car?
We will bring the car to your desired location in advance, you just need to specify the date, location and time. Everything else will be handled by us 😊.
Can I drive outside Albanian territory?
